Love St Social Nights!!

This social dance evening on the 1^st and 3^rd Fridays of the month is intended to give novice dancers a supportive and enjoyable social evening of tango on a regular basis. Our aim is to be inclusive rather than exclusive i.e. “Tango for Everyone”.

Our next event will be on 21 June. Dancing from 8:00 until 11:00 at 10 Love St, Spring Hill. $10. Easy parking.

If you are new to tango, or maybe not had a lot of experience dancing socially, or even may have found all those other dancers ‘burning the floor” around you a bit intimidating in the past, then this evening is for you!

This year we'd also like to encourage our Leading Ladies and Following Fellas to come along - heels are optional for the Following Fellas.

Begin your weekend dancing with us on the best floor with the best DJs every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Love St Milonga continues on 14 June with dancing from 7:30 until 11:30 at 10 Love St Spring Hill. $10. Easy parking.

E-Tango regular technicas and classes

• New foundation classes: We will be starting a new series of foundation classes for new tango dancers on Tuesday 2^nd July. The first series will be for 12 weeks. Contact us for more details or to register your interest. For more details, please see Foundation classes.

• Foundation classes: Our current foundation classes, which we begain in January, will continue on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm at St Barnabas Church Hall, cnr Lintern Tce & St. Barnabas Place, Red Hill. For more details, please see Foundation classes.

• Monday Intermediate: Intermediate 1 class with 1/2 hour practica on Monday evenings, 7:30-9:30 pm at Jagera Arts Centre. Entry is from 121 Cordelia St (one-way street), South Brisbane. $15.

• Tuesday Technica: Intermediate 2 class with assisted practica every Tuesday 7:30–9:30 pm at Ithaca Hall, cnr Enoggera Tce & Kennedy Tce, Red Hill. $15.

• Red Hill Technica: Intermediate/Upper Intermediate class with assisted practica every Thursday 7:00-9:30 pm at St Barnabas Church Hall, cnr Lintern Tce & St. Barnabas Place, Red Hill. $15.

• Love St Technica: Intermediate class on 2^nd and 4^th Sunday afternoons 2:00–3:30 pm followed by a free practica until 4:30 pm. 10 Love St Spring Hill. $15. 

• Advanced Technica: Advanced class on 2^nd and 4^th Sunday afternoons 4:30–6:00 pm. The class includes all aspects of tango including close embrace, nuevo style and musicality. You must attend as a couple. You will find the work challenging but rewarding. $20.
